在商務對話時,先報上本身的姓名公司是根基禮貌 翻譯社

這句要注重的處所是hear後面必需要加上「you」,沒加hear 翻譯話對方可能會曲解是「我耳朵聽不見」。

Could you speak a little bit slower for me, please? (因為我的英文不太好,可以請你說慢一點嗎)

Would you mind speaking up a bit, please?

Please hold, I’ll transfer you.

He/She is not at his/her desk at the moment.

6.  對方尋覓的人不在的情形

若是該電話並非打給某個特定的人的號碼(例如是公司或部分總機) 翻譯話,接德律風是代表一個公司或一個部分,因此此時是說公司名稱或部分名稱 翻譯社

Could you speak up a little, please?

May I help you?

這句的重點是「for me」,用「for me」來強調聽不懂是因為本身的關係。若是沒有for me 翻譯話,意思就釀成問題不是在本身的英文能力,而是在對方的措辭方式 翻譯社

 

Just a second.

It’s OK. I’ll call back in (number) minutes.

這些適用在非正式場合。

8.  本身打錯電話號碼的情形

非正式場所利用。

這句也是商務場所的固定用句,假如對方沒有注解身分 翻譯話,就能夠用這句話問對方 翻譯成分。若是對方沒有事前表白成分,很有多是常客或是主要 翻譯人物,所以要保持禮貌。

I think you have the wrong number.

商務場所利用。

I’m sorry, I have the wrong number.

I’d like to speak to (name) in (department), please.

 

I’m afraid I can’t hear you very well. (欠好意思,我聽不太清晰)

Hello, this is (name) from (company or institution).

 

I’m sorry he/she is left for the day. (他今天已經下班了)

One minute please 翻譯公司 I’ll transfer you now.

I’m afraid he/she is busy / occupied / tied up right now. (他正在忙)

One moment, please.

I’m sorry 翻譯公司 but you may have dialed the wrong number.

2.  指名找某小我

表明自己的成分後,接著問「需要什麼幫手嗎」?

I’ll just put you through, please wait.

Pardon me?

I’ll transfer you now, please wait for a moment.

這兩句是商務對話的固定用法。這邊第二句使用「would like to」而不是「want to」,「would like to (想要…)」是對照虛心有禮貌 翻譯說法,「want to (…)」則是比較直接、沒有禮貌的說法。

請問對方是不是要留言 翻譯社一樣這邊也是使用「would like to」而非「want to」。

奉告幫對方轉接,請對方稍候。

請問對方是不是要回電?

先告知對方分機號碼,再幫人轉接。

 

接德律風時先表明自己 翻譯成分,讓對方知道有沒有打對電話 翻譯社接德律風時弗成以像直接碰頭毛遂自薦 翻譯時辰說「I’m人名」,而是要說「人名+ speaking」,這是英文和中文有所差異的地方。

合用於熟人之間非正式場所的對話,second簡單成sec

I’m sorry he/she is out of the office now. (他外出了)

Would you like to leave a message?

(Name or Department)‘s extension number is (number).

I’m very sorry. I’ve dialed the wrong number. Please excuse the call.

請對方再說一次。

Would you mind repeating your sentence?

9.  對話聽不清晰

 

I’m sorry. I’ve reached the wrong number. I apologize for disturbing you.

 

May / Could I speak to (name) in (department) 翻譯公司 please?

 

有禮貌的說法,合用商務場所 翻譯社

 

 

I’m sorry he/she is in the meeting right now. (他正在開會)

I’m afraid you may have the wrong number.

Could you say it again, please?

How can I help you?

 

 

如果找的人臨時不在坐位上,就能夠用這兩句。
